The Heelan’ Charlie Dog Kilt-Coat has a poly/cotton quilted upper and kilt bottom fashioned of authentic tartan. Celtic design buttons accent the coat. The tartan shoulder plaide matches the kilt. Cotton webbing belt fastens at girth. Velcro front closure.
